‘Bedroom Eyes” by Ana Torres is a fast read. Written in something of a gonzo style, it is the story of one young woman’s amazing rebound from a failed relationship straight into the arms of her soul mate, who is half vampire and half werewolf. Only she can save him from the curse that threatens to turn him into a monster, and she embraces this fate with gusto. Beware; the sex is explicit and lusty, and this book reads more like a sexy fantasy than a traditional romantic novel. Also, there are formatting errors, the book could use copy-editing, and the perspective changes are occasionally jarring. I think this would appeal to a YA audience that favors a good dose of spicy sex in their paranormal romance.Product details

Tis the season for werewolves and vampires. Mix it with love and passion with fire then you have this book Bedroom Eyes. Bedroom Eyes is for the vampire/werewolf lovers. This genre is popular with young people. When you mix it with some old fashioned values as they do here then you have an entertaining read.
This is some of the most juvenile writing I have ever read, I don't think it was exciting at all, I was surprised to see that it wasn't a teenager who wrote this! Very unbelievable plot and jumpy writing style with no character development. It seems that the story is supposed to be present day then she writes he was born in 1771 and he is 199 years old, hmmm just bizarre!
The story would have been tolerable with a little editing. No focus and jumping around the story line. Completely unfocused.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK! The story line was a good thought, however, the characters were flat, most of the sentences made no sense, and some were repeated. And don't even get me started on the sex scene!! A note to the author... please, please learn how to edit before publishing and give your characters more depth.

Great quick read. A very good story with several twists and a lot of heat, packed into a good short story feel.

A good first story! Enjoyed the take on vamp/were and the curse they must find a way to escape..together. Needed a little more story development, but want to see what happens next!
